Putting Orienteering on the map!

Orienteering is a fun-filled outdoor activity for people of all ages and abilities. It uses both the mind and body to navigate your way between control points, working out the best route in which to complete the course as quickly as possible. From complex forest terrain to the busy streets of a bustling city or even a school playground, orienteering can take place anywhere and at any time of year.

It is a great team building exercise as well as a good way to keep fit, learn new skills  and meet  like-minded people.

I began the sport at the age of three, and am now a qualified coach with three years experience. I have worked as a junior coach for the Great Britain team and have accompanied the England Schools Team to the World Championships.

I teach children at schools throughout London and the Home Counties, and also offer corporate training sessions from my base in the heart of Epping Forest.

An important part of what I provide is the surveying and mapping of your school grounds, local park or outdoor centre. Every map is produced to the highest standards, utilising the latest software and can then be used for the purposes of introducing orienteering to your pupils and staff.
